Our Guest Griot is a WR who was acquired from Baltimore via trade in 1971 & played for Washington through the 1976 season. He helped the Skins reach Super Bowl VII in 1972. During his 6 seasons in Washington, he recorded 208 catches for 3,119 Yds & 16 TDs. He made the Pro Bowl as a Redskin in 1971. He was recently elected as one of the 80 Greatest Washington Redskins of all time. ROY JEFFERSON Joining us is a man considered by most who know as the premiere historian not only on Washington, DC sports history but also Washington, DC history back to the 1950s.
